Cap Pannell

Cap Pannell has been a designer and illustrator since 1971. He began his career with Stan Richards and Associates, now The Richards Group, in Dallas. He left the firm in 1975 to start his own design partnership. In 1984, Cap founded a new partnership, Pannell St. George, with his wife Carol St. George.
